Data provided voluntarily by the user and related processing: when an email message is sent to the address accessibilita@vitalebarberiscanonico.it to notify us of any accessibility non-compliance of the website https://vitalebarberiscanonico.it/, this will entail the acquisition of the user’s personal data (name and surname, e-mail address, URL of the web page being reported, clear and concise description of the problem encountered and the tools used (operating system, browser, assistive technologies)), without which we would not be able to provide adequate technical support to obtain the desired response

In compliance with the principle of minimisation, we kindly request that you do not include any personal data in the body of the Report other than those indicated (such as, for example, data relating, in particular, to your state of health) and/or any unnecessary information indicated above (which we shall in any case ignore) for the purposes indicated. 

The data acquired are processed in compliance with the regulations in force by means of computerised and telematic tools, with criteria strictly related to the aforementioned purposes, in order to guarantee their security and confidentiality.

The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Controller in serving the user efficiently by providing information to improve and develop its accessibility service.

Data Controller (and data processors): The above-mentioned information is processed by Vitale Barberis Canonico, as Data Controller, for the purpose of providing a response to the user regarding the accessibility service and, for technical purposes, it may be communicated to our Data Processors. Under no circumstances will such personal data be disseminated.

Storage: Personal data and information will only be processed for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes stated herein. In particular, data will normally be kept for 2 years from the time the message is sent. We may continue to store information concerning the detection of non-compliance on a statistical level by anonymising the information related to the user.

As far as not expressed herein, also to exercise your rights under Reg. EU 679/06 (GDPR), our privacy policy applies.
