Whistleblowing

With reference to the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023, which entered into force on 30 March 2023, with which the Italian State has transposed the EU Directive on Whistleblowing (2019/1937), the Company has established an internal reporting channel for offences using the EQS Integrity Line platform.

Where offence means:

  • Breach of the Code of Conduct or other internal policies adopted by the organisation. At the following link, you may consult our Organisational Model Code of Ethics.
  • Acts that can be prosecuted legally (e.g., entailing criminal and administrative penalties, etc,).
  • Acts capable of causing damage or financial prejudice to the organisation and/or its image, but also to other employees or anyone performing activities in the same business area.
  • Acts capable of generating damage to the environment or to the health and safety of personnel, customers or citizens.

No personal complaints or criticisms should be included but only reports regarding the cases listed above.

Whistleblowers may submit a report of suspected wrongdoing by clicking the tab below.

The channel set up by the Company will ensure maximum protection of the whistleblower’s confidentiality and protect the data sent, in compliance with regulatory provisions and the principle of anonymisation.
